As a part of the registration for the Congress, we offer optional accommodation packages. If you wish to avail of our accommodation packages, you will need to do so at the same time you register for the Congress.
The packages that we offer Foreign and Regional Delegates are for the period Sunday, January 4 to Friday, January 9, 2009.
The packages that we offer AMI Trainers and AMI Trainers in Training are EITHER for the period Sunday, January 4 to Friday, January 9, 2009 OR for the period Saturday, January 3 to Friday, January 9, 2009.
Please note that the maximum number of people who can register as a part of a single registration application is six (inclusive of the registrant).
In India, hotels are graded on a scale of stars depending on the facilities available on site.
All package rates quoted include breakfast, airport/hotel transfers and hotel/venue transfers.
Hotels and package rates on this website may be revised from time to time.
The following are approximate prices for the accommodation packages for 5 nights during the Congress period January 4, 2009 to January 9, 2009 on offer now.
Please note the above rates include 4.92% Indian government service tax, 12.5% luxury tax as per Indian present government rules. In the event of any of these taxes going up or any additional taxes levied by the Indian government, it will have to be borne by the delegate.
